The use of a Marquee is gaining popularity as years go by. We are specialists in providing marquees throughout New South Wales for all occasions including corporate functions, Sporting or Social Events, Weddings, Birthdays or Anniversaries. An outdoor celebration would not be complete without a marquee. Marquees provide the flexibility to have your event pretty much anywhere you like, without having to find an available function room or venue. This could be from your backyard, to a beach, to a park.

At Events, Festivals & Weddings, we make it a point to provide you with a durable, strong and flexible structure that would fit any occasion you may require it for.

Our marquee hire options include White roof structures, pagodas, stage roof & walkways. These can have either white or clear walls. We also have clear roof structure options. Our Fully Clear Roof/walled marquees look great with fairy lights, the lights provide an amazing effect. Our White Roofed/Walled options can be fitted with Silk Lining to give the marquee a touch of elegance to help make your event that little bit more special and unforgettable.

In all of the above marquee options, we have sizes ranging from 2.5 metres to 25 metres wide marquees. The sizes of the marquees increase in 3m or 5m bays.

Our marquees don’t have center poles. This means that you can maximize the amount of space inside the marquee without any interrupting infrastructure during the course of the event. Even without the center poles, the structures are built extremely strong and sturdy and are designed to outlast the crazy Sydney weather.

Our structures can conveniently be pegged into grass, be weighted on concrete and can even sit on more delicate groundings such as timber and tiles without causing damage.

Structures can even be built around to fit over pools! This is increasingly popular, especially during winter time when you generally aren’t needing to use the pool but you want to get the most out of the sometimes limited space in your backyard.

Weddings/engagement parties are among our most popular events that we work on. As mentioned above, marquees are becoming the in thing’ for events. They provide the flexibility required to have your event absolutely anywhere you want and can cater for the exact amount of guests you require. This element is great for clients on a budget! You would only be paying for what exactly what you need and there would be no wasted/unnecessary space.

Festival On The Green 2017

About Festival On The Green:

“Festival on the Green is Ku-ring-gai Council’s signature event which is held on the first Sunday in May each year.

Launched in 2004, the festival aims to provide local schools, community groups, organisations and businesses with a platform to showcase what they have to offer to the Ku-ring-gai community.

The event has built a reputation for providing a great range of free entertainment, rides and activities for all ages”.

Every year there is a different theme for the festival. This year the theme was Dinosaurs. This was a massive hit with both the young and the elderly!

How We Contributed On The Day:

Events Festivals & Weddings took quite a large part in this event this year by supplying the following:

  • 14 x White Fete Stalls (2.4m x 2.4m)
  • 9 x White Pagoda Marquees (3m x 3m)
  • Market Umbrellas
  • 470 x Chairs
  • 40 x Round Tables

We  truly love taking part in events such as this that are really community based and showcase what different groups of people have to offer. We hope to work on many similar events in the near and distant future.

Harper’s Christening 2016

In November 2016 we had one of our own staff members Hanneh held a function for her daughter Harper’s christening at her home.

She bought together a variety of suppliers for the different elements of the event. this included Gebran Catering for the catering, Communicake it for the cake, Lavish Fruits & Co for the fruit platters, Kayter Co for the personalised coconuts, Fluffegram for the small fairy floss buckets, Pinkmix Party for the balloon installation and also Poppies for Grace for the confetti balloons. And last but not least we supplied the Marquee, Scaffolding and Furniture hire!

It was a weekend event so as always to be safe we set up the Marquee the day prior to ensure it was 100% ready for the event start time.

Hanneh’s veranda where the Marquee was going was on a slight slant and this can be quite a safety issue. A very easy fix though! Our crew installed scaffolding first, to make the platform level enough for the Marquee to sit nicely and safely for guests.

Guests began arriving around lunchtime after the Christening was finished and the event at home finished up sometime in the early evening.

Hanneh was very proud to show off to everyone how great of a job her workplace provides to each and every client we deal with. She was welcoming criticism from her family and friends because we love to constantly improve and become better – but only positive comments were made!! A few of them even went on to hire from us since then!

K & N Wedding – Canberra

Hi Guys,

On Saturday the 25th of February we had a wedding for two beautiful clients. It was located in the ACT in a district within Canberra called Garran.

We have had a few weddings located in Canberra over the years but this one was very unique and different. The clients really put their own spin on things and it turned out absolutely amazing.

We supplied and set-up the below equipment for this event:

  • Marquee
  • Silk roof and wall lining
  • Bentwood Chairs
  • Tables

The wedding was delivered and set up promptly, on time and to a high quality standard – thus giving the clients a stress free beginning to their special day.

Our client recently sent us photos of the big day and thanked us for giving them such a smooth and stress free process, and also for the high standard of work as a company.

Our crew have so much pride in the quality of the work they produce and it gives each and every one of us a feeling of satisfaction and achievement when completing an event, especially when we get to hear back from the clients afterwards about how great everything went!
